Legal Question in Criminal Law in Tennessee
old felony
i was convicted of aggravated assault in 1990 is there any action i can take to have this removed with this felony some of the better jobs are hard to get i have been off probation since 1999 what steps if any do i need to take to have this removed

Under Tennessee law, the only court records you can have expunged are ones which did NOT result in conviction.
