Legal Question in Criminal Law in Tennessee
felony rights after release and youth felony
First what rights do those convicted of a felony lose after their release (ie voting) and for how long after their release are those rights lost?
Second, a 16 year old youth who sexually offends a 6 year old - would this be a felony charge?
