Legal Question in Criminal Law in Tennessee
My fianc�s 14 year old son and I had a disagreement and I pushed him not hard but enough to settle him down a bit. Is this abuse ?

There is the real possibility that you could be charged/convicted of domestic assault. That is very serious. Don't make any admissions and talk to a lawyer before court.
