First of all, start with the attorney who first handled the case. You have the right to a copy of your file. Then, under the Tennessee Open Records Act, you can obtain copies of the prosecution's file on you. Some private/personal/sensitive information can be withheld (such as SSAN, DOB, addresses and telephone numbers, private medical information).
From there, meet with a new attorney and find out your legal remedies, if any.
But don't delay, the clock is running. For example, a Petition for Post-conviction Relief must be filed within one year of the last action in the case.
