forged car title

i live in louisiana and need to get a copy of an original title turned into the tennessee dmv which i believe had my name forged on the back. the title was to be in my daughters and my name. i purchased the car in louisiana and she titled it in tenn. she was to pay backthe loan for the car, but i found that she had the title put in her name only and she was selliong the vehicle behind my back. she still owes 7,500 on the vehicle loan. i paid cash for the car. she got the original title in 7-2006 then claimed she lost it and got a duplicate in may 2007. title shows only her name on it. original title delearship sent to her from louisiana shows her as the purchaser and me as the co-purchaser for tenn. car registration purposes. dealership assured me she could not sell car without my ok b/c both names had to be listed on title. copy of title that neede to be signed to reg. car clearly shows 2 lines where my name is listed as the co-purchaser, therefore we feel someone forged my name when papers were sent to her. i have originals of all purchase documents including copy of check written by me for the vehicle. how do i get a copy of the forged title turned into the nashville car title archives in 7-06
