Can Grand Jury do this?
Can a grand jury indict someone when a judge 2 years earlier dismisses the case against that person because there was evidence to prove that person was innocent,even judge stateing they cant charge him because the evidence proves he is innocent,Can the grand jury after 2 years say we feel he did do this and rearrest him and indict him.
