Legal Question in Criminal Law in Tennessee
Gun Rights
If a person was arrested, charged and convicted of burglary in the state of Tennessee 19 years ago, and satisfactorily completed his/her sentence, can he/she ever regain the right to bear arms? If so, are there forms to file? Or what is the process to re-establish rights?

You would need to petition the court. It is possible, but tricky. For more info, see www.gsmithlawfirm.com
