My husband was arrested on violation of felony probation first offense for a dui. how much time will he have to serve? He will be in jail for 60 days the next time he goes to court. Is it possible for him to get time served

But there are too many unknowns to answer your question with any more certainty.
It depends on:
What was the reason for the violation? [Non-reporting? Non-payment? New Offense? Failed Drug Screen? etc.]
How long was he successfully on probation? [10 months? 10 Weeks? 10 Days?]
Has he ever been on probation (and/or in violation of probation) in the past for any other charges?
