Legal Question in Criminal Law in Tennessee
My husband is out on bond on a domestic assault charge. He is not allowed to contact me at all or come back to the house. But he is now sending our roommates threatening texts message and saying things arent gonna get pretty for all of us. We no longer feel safe here. Can we take this to the police? Or to his court hearing?

Yes, you can and should inform the police. Even more important, SAVE ALL THE MESSAGES
and show them to the District Attorney who is responsible for the prosecution of the case.
