Legal Question in Criminal Law in Tennessee
my husband has a previous dui and reckless homicide.� he wants to get his previous felong expunged, but recently got a 2nd dui can he still get the reckless homicide removed? it was over 7 yrs ago.� he is an iron worker and the only work going on is at a place where there can be no previous felonies.

There is no right in Tennessee to have prior valid convictions expunged.
There are some procedures for having civil rights restored (such as the right to vote, or the right to possess a firearm) but a valid final conviction remains on your record forever.
