Legal Question in Criminal Law in Tennessee
My husband was punched in the face and had to get 13 stitches and his smile muscle has been damaged by husband of manager at a gas station. Do we hAve a case it's on tape a police report was made.

perpetrator should be prosecuted is a law enforcement function, at the sound discretion
of the District Attorney General.
If your question is whether or not the manager at the gas station is civilly liable
to pay damages to your husband for the tort of assault and battery is a question
