what do i do when my lawyer wont call email or return phone calls my son is in jail im paying him and he wont tlk to us even when went to court he said ill go tlk to roger and found out he didnt

You can't complain. Your son -- the client -- can complain. Many lawyers, including me, have a strict "no contact with family" policy. If I need something from a family member and my client specifically approves it, then I will talk to a family member. The loyalty of the attorney is to the client, not to the parent, even if the parent is paying.
