Legal Question in Criminal Law in Tennessee
Miranda Rights
I was arrested last night due to a warrent. I was never read my rights during the process or at the booking office. What kind of legal action can I pursue on this? Can I get the case dismissed?

Re: Miranda Rights
They only have to read you your rights if you were questioned. Since they already had a warrant, it doesn't sound like they needed to question you.
