Legal Question in Criminal Law in Tennessee
Misdemenor Violation of probation
I was put on 11 months and 29 days of probation for an assult and unlawful consumptin charge. My public defender talked me into pleadng guilty although i was not guilty on assult charges...pictures and medical evidnce as available but no one cared! Anyway i lived in a total diffrent state so it became hard for me to continue going back and forth to see my p.o. and she wouldn't transfer me either so i got violated. Please give me some advice on what to do next....this isn't fair, especially since i was the one who was assulted! Thanks.

There's only one way: Get back in touch with your P.O and follow her recommendations.
