Legal Question in Criminal Law in Tennessee
I had money stolen from me by a juvenile and I was told that the only way I could get my money back, would be to get it from the parents through court. The money was stolen at the school I teach and the children was my student. The amount he stolen is considered a felony for adults. How can I legally go about getting my money back?
