Legal Question in Criminal Law in Tennessee
officer in charge of investigation gave false information on the witness stand, tried to tell my Public Defender he told me to shut up then pushed diversion on me i took it and got felony charges of breaking and entering, theft by taking. Served probation paid fines and did community service probation officer told me i was done with probation. went on cruise got back and was arrested for probation violation had a new probation officer that i had never seen before, was told in jail that my old probation officer fled on stat rape charges never filed any paperwork on me. offense was ten years ago trial will be ten years ago in NOV. the charges should have been on my brother who was a minor at the time i turned 18 between offense and arrest. can i do anything??
