Legal Question in Criminal Law in Tennessee

I am a paralegal in the Army and i know how this works for the Army but i am wondering if in civilian law if someone gave another person their urine to pass a drug test could the giver get in trouble?

That would depend on whether the test was part of a state or other official action, such as giving clean urine to a person who is about to be tested for drug use by their probation officer.
