MINIMUM penalty for DUI in TN is 11 months and 29 days suspended after 48 hours in jail, fine of #360 dollars, loss of license for a year, court costs, and DUI school. You can get a restricted licence (to drive only to or from work or school) after completing the DUI school.

The jail time and loss of license and everything else above are MANDATORY MINIMUMS.
