Can you have a person arrested for pushing you into a heart attack if they know you have a bad heart and you asked them to back off because you weren't feeling good?

Technically, yes, that could be the crime of assault, perhaps even aggravated assault (inflicting serious bodily damage) ...
but ...
it would be almost impossible to prove that someone "pushed you" into a heart attack.
So it would be what we lawyers call "fact specific" and depend on exactly what was said, why,
what the other person knew, the physical location, timing, etc.
You may have a better civil case (law suit) to cover medical expenses, pain and suffering, but
I'll defer answering that question to an attorney who practices civil law.
