what can a person get for 1 count rape of minor under 13, 1 count rape of minor 17 and 2 counts incest?

The rape of a child count is a Class A felony, carrying a 15-25 year sentence with no parole. Incest is a Class C felony, 3-6 years, and rape of a 17 year old is a Class B felony, which is 8-12 years with no parole, but oddly enough, can be served on probation.
