Is it illegal to view porn pictures on the internet?

A lot depends on how you define "pornography."
In Tennessee it is legal to view nude images of adults, even if they are involved in sexual activity and the purpose of the image and the purpose you are viewing it is clearly for sexual arousal or satisfaction, so long as you are viewing them in private. The law is the same whether you are viewing the images over the internet, or on a videotape or in Hustler magazine.
But this is nude images of ADULTS, not of children.
