okay im on a pret trial diversion will a new misdemenor charge violate that??

Your probation officer will almost certainly take out a violation of probation warrant in an effort to terminate the diversion, but, the mere fact that you have been arrested on new charges is not enough to end the diversion. In other words, the judge will have to "look behind the arrest" to see if the facts are true.
And even if you did commit a new offense, the judge is not required to end your diversion.
BOTTOM LINE: Keep talking to your probation officer, don't make any admissions that can be used against you, and save your explanations for your lawyer.
