Legal Question in Criminal Law in Tennessee
If you are on probation for a DUI and you get caught driving on revoked and have not been to court yet and get caught with another driving on revoked and a simple possession charge could they run it both as current or two separate charges like to violations

The judge has the authority to run all sentences concurrent (at the same time) or consecutive (one after the other) or a combination.
That includes the violation of probation itself.
