Re: probation violation

If you encounter an officer who runs a check on you and it is learned you did not report to serve your sentence (whether you encounter that officer in your old hometown or in another county or in another state), you are likely to be arrested and held in custody without bond until you are sent back to the county where you failed to report. Once there you are likely to be required to do not only as you were originally ordered, but also given additional time. You really should simply return to accept responsibility for your actions, but if you wanted an attorney to assist you you could contact an attorney who does a good deal of criminal work to try to negotiate an agreement for you, addressing everything at the same time.
