Probation violation

I was place on probation last year for drugs. Since it is in another state i'm on mail in probation, I dont go in I just call once a month. I had 100 hours of community serivce but have fail to complete them. I afraid I will violate my porbation and i was wanting to know what will happen since my probation is up and I have not complete my hours.

You will likely be "Show Caused" by the court which gave the original disposition in your case after it receives the report and recommendation from the probation office, i.e., you will likely be served with a summons that will require you to appear in court and account for your failure to complete the conditions required of your probation.

If the court finds your account lacking in a proper excuse, whatever part of your sentence was originally suspended, including fine and jail time, may then be imposed by the court.
