Question about warrants
when a warrant is issued doesn't it have to have a bond seal/or state seal on it and be signed by either the govenor of a state or a judge?

In some Tennessee counties, the District Attorneys office issues warrants and in other counties a Magistrate issues the warrants. It does not have to be signed by a judge or the governor and, to my knowledge, there is no requirement for a seal or bond....
