Didnt receive Judge's decision RE: RESTRAINING ORDER

The Judge said he was issuing a RESTRAINING ORDER, but I never RECEIVED it. Isn't it supposed to be served?

Yes it is, and if it was not served you might use that as a defense to any proceding seeking to punish you for violating the order.

But if you decide to act as if the order is not valid or puts no restrictions on you because it was not served and you clearly act contrary to what the court wanted, you are too foolish for words and deserve being jailed just to protect yourself.
