Legal Question in Criminal Law in Tennessee
Recently filed a pro se motion for community service to be waived was later informed that judge adjudicated the papers already. What does this mean for me when I have only 30 days left on probation?

Assuming that by "adjudicated" you mean the judge denied your motion to waive public service work, then you must complete your public service work or you are subject to a violation of probation warrant being filed against you.
The probation officer has until the last day of your probation to file a violation of probation warrant. (By the way, "file" means exactly that, and "file" has a specific legal requirement that the clerk of he court stamp the signed/sworn violation of probation warrant.)
After your probation expires, it is too late for your probation officer to swear and file a warrant, even if all requirements have not been met.
