Can they Re-indict you on a charge that was ALREADY took by another person's ? And try throw it all back on you after the fact ?

In short, yes.
If the Statute of Limitations has not expired, the State can seek indictment from a grand jury at any time.
There are provisions of law that allow you to be charged under the provision of law appropriately entitled
"Criminal Responsibility for the Acts of Another."
So even if someone else did a crime, and they admitted to it and were convicted of it, that doesn't mean people who helped them or were otherwise "in on it, too" can't be charged as well.
