Not satisfied with public defender
If your juvenile child had been appointed the only public defender in the county before and you were not satisfied with his services, can you request that another lawyer be appointed in a different pending case?

Possibly, if there was some sort of conflict of interest. Generally, an indigent does not get to choose their attorney. For more info, see www.gsmithlawfirm.com
