Legal Question in Criminal Law in Tennessee
my son was charged with child abuse but the charges has been dropped to attempted abuse they are trying to offer him a plea bargin but he didnt committ this crime what should we do

He must make the decision, not you. He needs to talk to his attorney and look over the evidence before deciding what to do. As a general rule: If he is innocent, plead NOT GUILTY and have a trial.
