Legal Question in Criminal Law in Tennessee
My son got in some trouble and he has made bond on the matter but he has a misdemeanor charge in another city and they have a hold on him. He has been waiting on them to pick him up for over 2 days now. In the State of Tennessee do they have a certain amount of time that they have to pick up a person that has made bond.

No fixed period of time, but a reasonable time. Make sure the requesting county knows that he is "on bond" where he is being held and is therfore free to come to the requesting county.
