Legal Question in Criminal Law in Tennessee
Out of state bench warrent
Hey,
I have a out of state bench warrent. The warrent was issued in Kansas for traffic/driving tickets and not paying court fee and/or doing community service. I live in Tennesse and was woundering if the police could still pick me up on it out here. As I am not in kansas or anything. I thinks its all misimaner stuff but was still woundering.

They could still pick you up on the warrant if it is in their system.
