Statute of Limitations for Forgery
What is the statute of limitations when you discover that someone has forged your name? Does it run from the time of the forgery or from discovery? How much time do you have to file once the limitation begins to run? Thank you!!!

Tennessee's statute of limitations requires you to file suit within one year from the date of discovery of a personal injury action, which would include being the victim of forgery.
