a girl is 16 years of age when she, at work, went to the parking lot and had sex with a man over 18 yrs of age. The manager of her establishment knew and advised her to lie to her parents about in in a text message. What kind of trouble can the manager be in?

The manager would most likely be charged with nothing, but if he is charged, it would most likely be contributing to the delinquency of a minor, a misdemeanor carrying less than a year in jail.
