Charge? or Conviction? Or pretrial or post-trial diversion?
Convicted: No, not without governor's exoneration.
Charged, then dismissed/not guilty/no true bill: Yes.
Diversion: Maybe, under current law expungement is not possible, under old law it was possible.
Bottom line: maybe/maybe not.
