Then, you have to prove (you means "you have the burden of proof") that the accusation was false, and known to be false (or with reckless disregard for whether or not it was false). In other words, just because you were accused, and it turns out the accuser was wrong, does not mean the accuser did anything wrong.

And then there are all the issues with "What was said?" "How was it said?" "Can you prove damages?" "Can the accuser pay any judgment even if you win the case?" and so on.
