TermInating an Attorney during the process
Preparing to appear before the grand jury in a reckless endangerment case and not being satisfied with my attorney. what procedure do I use to replace this Attorney? Also, could you recommend an attorney in Bedford & Rutherford counties of Tennessee to take my case

To replace your attorney in a case before the grand jury, you merely hire the new attorney and have the attorney advise the District Attorney's office.
