Legal Question in Criminal Law in Tennessee
Theft
I was buying a house that needed alot of cleaning up. There was a broke down car in the driveway. I started getting letters from the city to have it removed. I tried to contact the guy that i was buying from to no avail. Someone offered 600.00 to haul it off and i took it. Now 6 months later im charged with theft. What do i do?
