Legal Question in Criminal Law in Tennessee
Under/over involvement
Is there an age of concent or means of concent where as someone under 18 years of age can legally be involved in a relationship with someone over 30? Dosen't this vary per state? I am trying to resolve a chat room discussion among those of us who are not lawyers.

The age of consent varies from state to state. In Georgia, the age of consent is 16. The other perosn's age is irrelevant, if they are an adult.
