Violation of probation

I was arrested Nov 03 for driving on suspended 3 counts & one drug paraphalnia charge (broken 2yr old stem)....I received 18 months probation on Jan 6th. I got a brand new p.o. in April, he started right off the bat violating people....I was raped last of Apr or first of May in which I relapsed. Next Friday had drug screen for him. It after one month came back positive. I was in Drug Detox at that time. He ask counselor to send another one, in which she did, negative....(Jun 6th) on the 9th of Jun I volunteered to go to treatment (Bradford Medical,AL) I completed 28 da program and thought I should go to half way house for three months, since I had been in recovery once before for 14 yrs. During this time, I have maintained my soberty, have got my four months coming up, going to meetings, & he knew about all of this & still violated me a month ago for an old drug screen. I told him in July I would give him a drug screen ea wk if asked, & also I paid all my payments in full to MAXIMUS (probation co.) I am a christian now and scared to death that I will have to go to jail for 18 months for I have completed my three months of half way homes and I still attend mtg's & work program. Please Help!
