violation of probation
Would you have to serve jail time for violation of probation(violation being not having paid fines and fees)if you paid the fines and fees in full at some point?

It depends entirely on the judge. If you COULD pay the fines and costs and did not, many Tennessee judges would in fact revoke your probation if the matter is brought to the judge's attention. But if you are financially UNABLE to pay, most Tennessee judges will not even consider revoking probation simply for failing to pay fines and court costs.
