will a arrest warrent show up at the emergency room

As a medical matter ... no.
But these days many emergency rooms have an officer on standby, at least during high risk times (10 pm - 6 am) and that officer might run a "wants and warrants" check if the situation indicates that criminal warrants might be outstanding.
For example, if a domestic violence victim is brought in for treatment, they will probably check for any existing condidtins of release or orders of protection that may be in effect.
Also, certain wounds, especially knife wounds and gunshot wounds, must be reported by doctors to law enforcement.
