In June '06 a new operations mgr came to the company, he has already fired the only other female supervisor, and has threatened my job on many occasions, without reasons concerning job performance. Advised by current superintendent to remember age/gender, because of remarks made to him(superintendent) by operational mgr. what type of documentation do i need to prove age/gender discrimination?

Re: gender, age discrimination

You need to keep notes of all conversations and other things you witness. You also need to make sure you know who else witnessed the events and whether or not they are willing to help the situation by agreeing to give a statement to your lawyer. You should also seek out an attorney with experience in employment law. Employment is law is very specilized and you need an attorney who knows the law and how to handle this type of case.
