I was arrested for a DUI but had it reduced to reckless driving. Do I have to put down that Ive been arrested on job applications?

You are expected to answer truthfully relevent questions on a job application. The question should be: "Have you even been convicted of a crime" and the truthful answer is "Yes, I was convicted of Reckless Driving."
What the original charge was is meaningless, mere arrests are meaningless (see the exception below), it is convictions that are important to an employer.
If you have been arrested and are pending trial at the time of your job application, you must disclose any conditions of bond or pretrial release that reasonably affect your ability to perform your duties, for example, if you cannot possess a firearm you cannot be employed at a gun shop.
