Can a DWI/DUI charge from 25 years ago be espunged in the state of TN. No other convictions of any kind before or after that.
if yes, what aproximately is involved and a reasonable fee?
I do not know if the DWI/DUI was a felony or a misdemanor.
I plead no contest, got 11m29d, suspended by going to AA and a $250 fine.1st offence

It sounds like it very well may be possible to expunge if you plead no contest, completed the terms of your probation and were never convicted. A reasonable fee for an expungement would be around $200.
