Legal Question in DUI Law in Tennessee

enhancability time limit
How far back can or does the state of TN go in enhancment of DUI charges? If a person hasn't had any charges since before 1990, then got a DUI in 1999, could or would those previous charges be used to make the new one a felony?

Tennessee goes back ten years for enhancing DUI charges.
