My wife recently got her 2nd DUI. She bumped a police car backing out of a parking lot. She was not given a breathalyzer, or read her rights, nor was she cuffed when put into the cop car. What could possibly happen to her? like jail time, or lose license, and how likely are we to have it dropped because she wasnt read her rights, or given a breathalyzer??

It sounds like she has some issues that she needs a lawyer to take a look at. In KY a 2nd offense DUI carries a minimum of 7 days in jail, so she needs an attorney.
