I have a 74 yr old father that has had a stroke and a lot of medical problems. Due to the damage from the stroke his mind does not work the way it use to as far as understanding and comprehending things. I have Durable Power of Attorney for Health, Business, and General Purpose for him.
There is a woman that is 34 yrs younger than he is. I think that she make have made him sign some papers while he was sick. I think that she is after his money. If she did have him sign something do I have any legal recourse again her? Is there something I can file concerning Elderly Abuse?

You need to talk with her and tell her your father is disabled. If your father did sign
any papers while he was ill, you may have a case for undue influence.
