If a durable power of attorney is executed in one state, is it good for business transactions in any other state? If yes, is it good in all US states or is there any type of reciprocity that I need to look into? Specifically, I am looking to have a DPOA executed in TN by my father for property in FL which was left to him by my grandmother.

If your father lives in Tennessee, the power of attorney should be good in Florida also.
